Mango Lime Ice

Ingredients
- 2 1⁄2 cups pitted peeled and chopped mangoes
- 3 cups lime juice
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 4 mint leaves
Directions
- In food processor or blender, combine mango, lime juice and sugar; puree until smooth.
- Pour into 9-by 12-inch baking dish.
- Place in freezer until ice forms on sides.
- Stir well.
- Return to freezer.
- Freeze until firm, but not solid.
- Spoon into 4 dessert dishes.
- Garnish with mint leaf.
