Ingredients
- 100 ml skim milk
- 150 ml natural yoghurt
- 1 mango, skin off, flesh removed, seed discarded
- 4 ice, blocks
- 2 teaspoons honey
- ground cardamom, a pinch (or more)
Directions
- Blitz all ingredients together till smooth.
- Serve in a chilled glass.
