Mango Lassi

Ingredients

  • 100  ml skim milk
  • 150  ml  natural yoghurt
  • 1  mango, skin off, flesh removed, seed discarded
  • 4  ice, blocks
  • 2  teaspoons honey
  •  ground cardamom, a pinch (or more)

Directions

  1. Blitz all ingredients together till smooth.
  2. Serve in a chilled glass.
