Mango Grenadine Shake

Serves: 2

Ingredients

  • 2  cups milk
  • 200  ml mango ice cream
  • 12 cup  canned pineapple, chopped
  • 8  slices fresh mango (Aplhonso variety, preferably)
  • 4  tablespoons  grenadine

Directions

  1. Blend milk and half the quantity of the ice-cream.
  2. Add pineapple and 4 mango pieces.
  3. Take 2 tall glasses.
  4. Pour grenadine syrup in them.
  5. Add 2 slices of fresh mango to each glass.
  6. Pour prepared milkshake into the glasses.
  7. Top off with a scoop of the remaining ice-cream.
  8. Serve chilled.
