Mango Dressing

Ingredients
- 1 (11 1/2ounce) can mango nectar, kern's all nectar
- 1⁄4 cup shallot, chopped
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
Directions
- Place all ingredients in blender; cover.
- Blend until smooth.
- Use as your favorite dressing on fajitas, taco salad, or any lettuce or pasta salad.
