Mango Daiquiri

Yields: 12 oz. drink
Ingredients
- 1 cup chopped peeled mango
- 1 cup ice
- 1⁄4 cup white grape juice
- 2 ounces rum
- 2 tablespoons peach schnapps
- 1 teaspoon superfine sugar
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
Directions
- Add all the ingredients to the container of an electric blender.
- Note-May need to add slightly more than 1 cup of ice to get a good slushy texture.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour into a chilled wine glass.
