Mango Daiquiri

Ingredients

  • 1  cup  chopped peeled mango
  • 1  cup  ice
  • 14 cup  white grape juice
  • 2  ounces rum
  • 2  tablespoons  peach schnapps
  • 1  teaspoon  superfine sugar
  • 2  tablespoons fresh lime juice

Directions

  1. Add all the ingredients to the container of an electric blender.
  2. Note-May need to add slightly more than 1 cup of ice to get a good slushy texture.
  3. Blend until smooth.
  4. Pour into a chilled wine glass.
