Mango Cream Bread

Ingredients
- 1 1⁄2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2⁄3 cup butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup mashed mango
Directions
- Mix Flour with baking soda, set aside. Cream Butter, sugar. Add the eggs one at a time. Beat well. Mix in the sour cream, mango and vanilla. Add the flour. Blend till all is well incorporated. Pour into a well greased loaf pan.
- Bake 375 Degrees 45-55 minutes, or till done.
