Mango Chutney

Yields: 2 cups
Ingredients
- 1 1⁄2 cups orange juice
- 1 cup raisins
- 3 cups mangoes, chopped
- 3 jalapeno peppers, seeded and chopped
- 1 medium red onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons lime juice
- 2 teaspoons ground coriander
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1⁄4 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1⁄4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1⁄8 teaspoon ground red pepper
Directions
- Combine it all in a pot.
- Cover and bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
- Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered 30 minutes or until mixture thickens, stirring occasionally.
- Serve with meat on sandwich.
- Keeps in fridge a week or two.
