Mango Chutney

Yields: 1/4 cup
Ingredients
- 2 cups mangoes, fresh and chopped
- 1⁄4 cup red onion, diced
- 2 teaspoons Splenda sugar substitute
- 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in medium saucepan and set pan over medium-high heat.
- Bring to a simmer and cook 10 to 15 minutes, until mango breaks down and sauce thickens.
- (Sauce should reduce to about 1 cup).
