- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Grease a 13x9x2" pan.
- In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, cinnamon, baking soda, and salt.
- In a medium bowl, combine vegetable oil, mango juice, eggs, vanilla, and honey.
- Slowly add liquid ingredients to dry ingredients and mix well.
- Stir in pureed mango.
- Fold in diced mango and nuts.
- Pour into pan and bake for 50-60 minutes.
- Cut into pieces and serve warm with ice cream.
