Mango and Black Bean Salad

Ingredients
- 1 1⁄2 cups mangoes, chopped
- 1 cup green onion, thinly sliced
- 1⁄2 cup cooked brown rice (I used Lundberg Wild Blend rice)
- 3 tablespoons cilantro, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons salsa (fresh or bottled)
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
- 1 (15 ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Toss gently to mix.
