Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degree F.
  2. Lightly grease a baking sheet.
  3. In small bowl, combine flour and baking powder.
  4. In a large bowl, beat eggs, oil, sugar, lemon juice, and almond extract.
  5. Add the dry ingredients and nuts; mix well.
  6. Roll into balls and place on prepared baking sheet.
  7. Sprinkle each with cinnamon/sugar mixture.
  8. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.
