Mandarin Chicken Salad

Ingredients
- 3 cups cut up cooked chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoon minced onion
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1⁄2 cup thinly sliced celery
- 1 cup seedless grapes, halved
- 1⁄3 cup mayonnaise
- 1 (11 ounce) can mandarin oranges
- 1⁄2 cup toasted slivered almonds
Directions
- Combine chicken, onion, salt, lemon and celery and refrigerate for several hours.
- At serving time, toss chicken carefully with grapes, oranges, almonds and mayonnaise.
