Mama J's Marinade

A marinade to be used on any kind of meat, particularly pork!

Ingredients

• 2  tablespoons brown sugar
• 1⁄4 cup olive oil
• 1⁄3 cup apple cider vinegar
• 1  minced garlic clove (substitute with 1/2 tsp garlic powder)
• 1  tablespoon mustard
• 1  teaspoon lemon juice
• 1⁄2 teaspoon salt

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients and marinate favored meat.
