Mama Jo's Chili

Ingredients
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 3 hot Italian sausages, removed from casings and crumbled
- 14 ounces tomato sauce
- 5 1⁄2 ounces tomato paste
- 14 ounces kidney beans
- 14 ounces pinto beans
- 14 ounces chili beans (Heinz)
- 28 ounces diced tomatoes, undrained
- 10 ounces onion soup
- 1 large onion, diced
- 3 jalapeno peppers, diced, seeds removed
- 1⁄2 cup celery, diced
- 2 teaspoons cumin
- 3 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 teaspoons kosher salt
Directions
- Brown beef and sausage
- Drain off fat.
- Combine all ingredients
- Simmer over low heat for 3 hours, stirring often.
