Malaysan Fruits With Coconut Lime Sauce

Ingredients
Coconut Lime Sauce
- 1⁄2 cup brown sugar
- 1⁄4 cup lime juice
- 2 teaspoons lime zest
- 1⁄3 cup unsweetened coconut milk
Fruit Platter
- 1 small papaya, peeled and seeded, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1⁄2 medium honeydew melon, peeled and seeded, cut into 1/4-inch slices
- 1 medium pineapple, peeled and cored, cut into 1/4-inch slices
- 2 medium bananas, peeled and cut into 1/4-inch slices and brushed with 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 3 medium mangoes, peeled and seeded, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 2 star fruit, cut into 1/4-inch slices
- fresh mint leaves (to garnish)
Directions
- Combine all sauce ingredients in small pan. Stir constantly over medium heat until sugar is dissolved. Keep warm.
- Arrange fruit on platter. Drizzle with sauce and garnish with mint leaves.
