Make Ahead Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients
- 7 lbs peeled potatoes
- 16 ounces sour cream
- 1 pint half-and-half
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1⁄2 cup butter
- salt & pepper
Directions
- Cook potatoes in boiling salted water until tender. Drain, return to cooking pot and add the rest of the ingredients. Mash to desired consistency. Put in crockpot and refrigerate overnight. Cook on low 4-5 hours or until heated through.
