Ingredients

  • 4  yellow squash, sliced
  • 4  zucchini, sliced
  • 1  large onion, sliced
  • 2  tablespoons  vegetable oil
  • 1  cup  Italian salad dressing
  • 1  teaspoon salt
  • 12 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

  1. Prepare hot fire. Brush vegetables with oil. Grill until slightly browned and softened. Let cool.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the vegetables, salad dressing, salt and pepper. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Drain before serving.
