Make Ahead Grilled Salad

Ingredients
- 4 yellow squash, sliced
- 4 zucchini, sliced
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 cup Italian salad dressing
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon black pepper
Directions
- Prepare hot fire. Brush vegetables with oil. Grill until slightly browned and softened. Let cool.
- In a large bowl, combine the vegetables, salad dressing, salt and pepper. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Drain before serving.
