Ingredients

  • 6  ounces  Greek yogurt
  • 13 cup oats
  • 1  teaspoon  chia seeds
  • 2  tablespoons milk
  • 1  cup mixed berry

Directions

  1. In a bowl combine yogurt, oats, chia seeds, and milk.
  2. Stir to combine then layer half in a wide-mouth mason jar or container.
  3. Add half the fruit and berries then layer in remaining yogurt mixture and berries. Refrigerate overnight, and up to 3 days.
