Magical Mint Kiss Cookies

Yummy cookies made with the new chocolate mint kisses.

• Yields: 48 cookies

Ingredients

• 1  cup butter or 1  cup margarine, softened
• 2⁄3 cup sugar
• 1  teaspoon vanilla
• 2  cups all-purpose flour
• 1⁄4 cup  cocoa
• 48  hershey's  chocolate mint kisses, about
•  powdered sugar

Directions

1. Heat oven to 350°.
2. Beat butter, sugar and vanilla in a large bowl until creamy.
3. Stir together flour and cocoa; gradually add to butter mixture, beating until blended.
4. Mold scant tablespoon of dough around each mint kiss, covering it completely.
5. Shape into balls.
6. Place on ungreased cookie sheets.
7. Bake 8-10 minutes or until set.
8. Cool completely.
9. Roll in powdered sugar.
