Magic Punt's Meat Replacement Bars (Version 2)

Serves: 8

Yields: 8 bars

Ingredients

  • 16  tablespoons  100%  whey protein powder (8 scoops, vanilla is best)
  • 3  cups oats
  • 3  ounces  sugar free pudding mix (any flavor)
  • 2  cups skim milk

Directions

  1. Mix until a sticky batter has formed (this may take a few minutes).
  2. Use a large spoon to spread mix into the bottom of a Pam sprayed glass or metal cooking tray (spread until even).
  3. Put in the fridge overnight and cut into 8 equal bars.
