Ingredients
- 1⁄4 cup water
- 8 ounces softened cream cheese
- 1⁄2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- tiny pie crust
- raspberries
- blueberries
Directions
- Add water, cream cheese, sugar and vanilla to the tall-cup and blend using the cross blade until you achieve a nice, custard-like consistency.
- Chill the contents for 1 hour, then spoon into the pie shells.
- Top with berries.
