Maduros (Sauteed Plantains)

Ingredients
- 6 plantains
- 3 tablespoons white sugar
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons butter
Directions
- Peel plantains, cut into 1/2" slices. Toss with sugar and salt.
- Saute in butter, over medium-high heat, about 5 minutes, or until lightly browned and tender.
