Madras Chicken

This came from my mother-in-law and I think she found it in an Ottawa paper. It is so easy to put together and you can adjust the curry to taste. Show more

Directions

  1. Saute chicken until slightly golden - about 3 minutes per side.
  2. Remove from pan.
  3. Add onion and curry and saute a couple of minutes.
  4. Return chicken to pan.
  5. Add fruit, juice and chutney.
  6. Simmer 10 minutes.
  7. Enjoy.
