I found this after a trip to Madagascar. I had to translate it from French.

Yields: 1 Batch

Ingredients

1 tomatoes, chopped
1 ³⁄₄ ounces meat
1 lb cassava, cubed (manioc)
2 cups water (little more if you need it)
1 pinch salt

Directions

Place all in a pot. Cook til soft. Mash.
