Mad Dash Monday Shake

Ingredients
- 1 cup milk
- 1 scoop vanilla protein shake mix
- 1 banana
- 1⁄2 cup mixed berry, fresh works best
- 1 tablespoon granola cereal (optional)
Directions
- Add all ingredients except granola into blender.
- Mix until berries & banana are smooth.
- Pour into cup that won't tip over in the car.
- Top with granola (optional).
- Race off to whatever the day has ahead.
