Mackerel Bagels

Smoked mackerel or any smoked fish goes so well with horseradish in this tasty snack.

• Serves: 4

Ingredients

• 4  bagels, cut in half
• 2  ounces cream cheese
• 1⁄2 teaspoon  horseradish sauce, creamed
•  black pepper
• 8  ounces  smoked mackerel
•  watercress, roughly chopped

Directions

1. Mix the curd cheese with the horseradish sauce, season with black pepper and spread on the bagel bases.
2. Flake the mackerel on top with some watercress and finish with the bagel tops.
