Macaroni With White Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 quart water
- 3 cups elbow macaroni
- 1⁄4 cup 2% milk
- 1⁄2 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1⁄2 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1⁄4 tablespoon ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon cream cheese
Directions
- Boil water and add macaroni.
- Cook pasta according to package directions or until tender.
- Drain pasta.
- Return macaroni to pot and turn stove heat to low.
- Add all remaining ingredients and stir.
- Enjoy! ;).
