  1. Preheat oven 350°F.
  2. Sauté onions in margarine, add flour.
  3. Stir in milk, little at a time until thick.
  4. Add spices.
  5. Add cheese.
  6. Add macaroni.
  7. Pour into shallow pan.
  8. Top with crumbs and paprika.
  9. Bake 45 minutes.
