Macaroni and Tomato Casserole

Ingredients
- 2 lbs browned lean ground beef
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 1⁄2 cups water
- 1 -2 clove minced garlic
- 1⁄4 cup chopped green pepper
- 2 (1 lb) cans chopped tomatoes
- 1 cup reduced-sodium tomato juice
- salt and pepper
- 2 cups uncooked macaroni
Directions
- Brown the ground beef, onion, green pepper,garlic to gether in medium fry pan;drain.
- Combine tomatoes, tomato juice and ground beef mixture.
- Mix well.
- Stir in the seasonings.
- Mix well.
- Pour beef mixture into your slow cooker and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
- Stir in uncooked macaroni two to three additional hours.
