Macaroni and Cheese

Ingredients
- 3⁄4 lb elbow macaroni
- 1⁄3 cup butter
- 1⁄3 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon mustard powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 3 1⁄2 cups milk
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 1⁄2 cups sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 1⁄2 cups swiss cheese
- 1⁄3 cup breadcrumbs
Directions
- Cook pasta in salted boiling water.
- Shred cheddar and Swiss cheese.
- Melt butter then add flour, mustard powder and onion powder to make a rue. Let the rue cook gently for a few minutes.
- Add milk and Worcestershire sauce to rue and continue to cook over low heat until thoroughly combined. Add shredded cheese to sauce mixture.
- Pour sauce over pasta and transfer to baking dish.
- Bake at 375 for 25 minutes until browned.
