Macaroni and Bean Salad

Ingredients
- 1 1⁄2 cups cooked macaroni
- 3⁄4 cup cooked red kidney beans
- 1⁄3 cup chopped celery
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1⁄2 teaspoon distilled white vinegar
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt (to taste)
- 1⁄8 teaspoon pepper
Directions
- In a big bowl, toss together the macaroni, beans, celery, and parsley.
- In a small bowl, stir together the remaining ingredients; pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
- *May add 1/2 cup chopped red or green bell peppers.
