Macaroni

Ingredients
- 1 1⁄2 cups cooked macaroni
- 1 cup chopped cabbage
- 1⁄2 cup chopped carrot
- 1 sliced onion
- 1⁄2 chopped green pepper
- 1⁄4 tablespoon black pepper
- salt, as per taste
- 1⁄3 tablespoon garam masala
- 4 tablespoons oil
- 1⁄4 tablespoon chili powder
- 1⁄4 cup finely chopped cabbage
- parsley (to garnish)
- 1⁄3 cup ketchup
Directions
- Put the oil in a vessel, add the onions rings and fry.
- After the onions get translucent, add remaining veggies and cook for 2 minutes.
- Add Garam masala and chilli powder.
- Add the cooked macroni, salt and pepper.
- Mix well.
- Add the ketchup.
- Garnish it with cabbage and parsley and serve.
