Macadamia Meltaways

Ingredients
- 6 1⁄2 ounces dry roasted salted macadamia nuts, finely chopped
- 1⁄4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup butter, room temperature
- 2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions
- Cream the butter and sugar. Add the flour, vanilla and chopped nuts. Roll in 3/4 inch balls and bake on parchment lined baking sheets at 325* for 20-22 minutes. Roll in powdered sugar while warm.
- These freeze well.
