Macadamia Fettucini

Ingredients
- 500 g fettuccine
- 3 tablespoons macadamia nut oil
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 130 g macadamias, coarsely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 3 tablespoons grape juice or 3 tablespoons white wine
- 1⁄2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 10 slices prosciutto, torn into pieces
Directions
- Cook the pasta as per the directions on the pack.
- Heat the oils, saute the macadamias until golden.
- Add the garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Remove from the heat and add the juice/wine.
- Toss through the cheese, prosciutto and pasta.
- Serve.
