My mom's recipe. A must for every family get-together!

Serves: 4-6

Yields: 1 casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 (10 1/2ounce) can  cream of chicken soup
  • 8  ounces elbow macaroni, cooked according to package directions
  • 1 12 cups Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 1  cup milk
  • 14 teaspoon pepper
  • 1  lb  Little Smokies sausage (HIllshire Farms)

Directions

  1. Mix all together.
  2. Bake at 225 for 2 hours.
  3. If needed, you can adjust the milk to thin or thicken cheese.
