Mac and Cheese Salad

Ingredients
- 16 ounces elbow macaroni, dry
- 1 cup low-fat sour cream
- 1 cup low-fat mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon dried dill (optional)
- 4 ounces feta cheese, crumbled
- 1⁄3 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1⁄8 cup green onion
- 6 ounces fresh spinach
- 2 teaspoons sea salt
Directions
- Boil the macaroni according to package instructions.
- Add sour cream, mayo and dill, mix and add remaining ingredients.
- More spinach to taste if needed.
- Chill well before serving.
