Ma Hey's Christmas Ribs

Ingredients
- 12 thick country-style pork ribs
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon yellow mustard powder
- 1⁄4 teaspoon chili powder
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1⁄4 cup vinegar
- 1 cup tomato juice
- 1⁄2 cup water
Directions
- Bake ribs uncovered @ 450 for 30 mins.
- Mix remaining ingredients in a sauce pan for the sauce.
- Simmer sauce for 15 mins.
- Pour sauce over ribs and bake @ 325 for 2 1/2 hours basted every 30 mins.
- Serve with sauce.
