Lyn’s Tasty Cheese Canapes

I like some parmesan sprinkled on these. The original recipe didn't have quantities listed and I always guess quantities anyway, so I hope I have guessed correctly for posting.

• Ready In: 25 mins
• Yields: 30 canapes

Ingredients

• 2  sheets puff pastry
• 1  cup sharp cheddar cheese
• 1  small onion, chopped very, very finely
•  salt & pepper

Directions

1. Cut pastry into small rounds and sprinkle with remaining ingredients.
2. Bake 15 mins at 180degC (350degF).
