Luncheon Chicken

Ingredients
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 avocado
- 1 large tomatoes
- 1 (3 ounce) package slivered almonds
- mayonnaise
- 1 lemon
- butter
Directions
- Brown chicken breasts in butter; cook completely. Remove and drain on paper towels. To assemble, layer breast, slice of avocado and tomato. Squeeze lemon juice to taste into mayonnaise; put dollop onto each chicken breast. Brown almonds in remaining butter; top chicken. Easy and very gourmet!
