Ingredients
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 bunches green onions, chopped
- 1 (11 1/2ounce) can tomato juice
- 1 (12 ounce) can whole tomatoes (blended)
- salt and pepper
- 1 1⁄2 cups uncooked noodles
Directions
- Brown ground beef.
- Before done, add all other ingredients and simmer covered for 20-30 minutes.
