Lower Carb Bread/Hogie Roll

Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 1⁄2 ounces yeast
- 1⁄4 cup flax seed meal
- 3⁄4 cup oat flour
- 1⁄8 cup olive oil
- 1 cup warm water
- 1 cup almond flour
Directions
- mix together for a couple minutes in a stand mixer.
- let rest covered for an hour.
- divide into rolls, and shape.
- let rise 45 minutes.
- bake 400 until done.
