Low-Sugar Molasses Cookies

I have not tried this recipe. I got the recipe from Spark People.

  1. In bowl, mix oil, molasses, Splenda and egg. In another small bowl, combine flours, baking soda and spices. Add flour mixture to molasses mixture. Mix well.
  2. Cover and refrigerate dough for at least 2 hours.
  3. Shape dough into one-inch balls and roll in sugar.
  4. Place on cookie sheet about 2 inches apart. Bake at 375 for 10 minute
  5. Remove from baking sheet immediately.
