Low Sugar Granola

Ingredients
- 4 cups oats
- 1⁄2 cup sugar-free maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 tablespoon Splenda sugar substitute
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
- 2 tablespoons sugar-free honey
- cinnamon
Directions
- Add syrup,water and splenda to make a syrup.
- Mix everything together then Bake at 325 for perhaps 10-15 minutes, stirring a few times.
- This is not my recipe, picked it up off of a running site . My Mil needed a sugar free granola to make bars. Original recipe had ~2 c of dried fruits/raisins, etc, added after cooking ,as well as nuts This works well for mil to make granola bars as sugar free as she can!
