Low Sugar Coconut-Almond Pie Crust or Cheesecake Crust

Ingredients
- 2⁄3 cup almond meal
- 2⁄3 cup dry coconut powder
- 1⁄3 cup Splenda brown sugar blend
- 1⁄4 cup butter, melted and cooled
- 1⁄2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- Mix vanilla and butter together in a large bowl.
- Add other ingredients and mix until all the crumbs are moistened.
- Press into a pie plate and bake at 350F for 10 minutes.
- Remove from oven and allow to cool.
- Use as you would a graham cracker crust.
