Ingredients
- 2 lbs beef brisket
- 1 cup low sodium beef broth
- 1 onion, sliced into rings
Directions
- Place beef broth into slow cooker.
- Add brisket.
- Place onion on the top of brisket
- Cook until brisket is tender.
- Use the juice on the bottom of cooker to make gravy when brisket is done.
