Ingredients
- 1 cup hummus
- 1 medium tomatoes, diced
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 2 ounces feta cheese, crumbled
Directions
- Spread hummus onto bottom of bowl.
- Cover with layers of diced tomato, diced cucumbers (1/4 cup) and crumbled feta cheese.
- Serve with stone ground or whole grain crackers or whole wheat pita bread.
