Low Fat Sugar Free Banana Bread

Ingredients
- 2 cups whole wheat flour
- 2⁄3 cup Splenda granular
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 1⁄2 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 eggs
- 1⁄2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1⁄4 cup butter
- 4 bananas
- 1⁄4 cup applesauce
Directions
- Pre heat oven to 350 degrees.Combine Eggs, butter and apple sauce; mix well. Add vanilla, splenda sugar and cinnamon; do this with a mixer. Then add your Baking soda, Baking powder and Bananas; it will be a lumpy mixture when fininshed. Last add your flour in gradually.Bake for 60 to 65 minutes.
