Low Fat Soy Banana Bread

Ingredients
- 1 cup soy flour
- 1⁄2 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1⁄3 cup Splenda granular
- 2 tablespoons applesauce
- 1 large egg
- 4 medium ripe bananas (mashed)
Directions
- Blend splenda & apple sauce. Combine with mashed bananas & dry ingredients only until moistened. Scoop mixture into a greased loaf pan & bake 35 - 45 minutes at 350F until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- ***This is really good served with natural peanut butter on a slice.***.
