Low Fat Pimento Cheese Spread

Ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup fat-free cottage cheese
- 1⁄2 cup fat free cream cheese
- 4 ounces diced pimentos, with liquid
- 3 tablespoons stuffed green olives, diced
- 1⁄4 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 cups fat-free cheddar cheese, shredded and divided
Directions
- In a food processor blend the first 5 ingredients until smooth. Add 1 c cheese, blend just until mixed.
- Stir in remaining cheese and chill for at least 2 hours.
