Low-Fat Meat Spread

Ingredients
- 1⁄2 lb cooked beef, ham, chicken or 1⁄2 lb turkey
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1⁄2 cup red beans, cooked or 1⁄4 cup wheat germ
- 2 tablespoons low fat soy flour
- herb-seasoned salt, to taste (or other herb blends)
- fresh ground pepper, to taste
Directions
- Blend all ingredients in a food processor. Moisten as needed with ketchup, mustard or low fat salad dressing (I like Italian dressing).
